Cop Tasers mom at Mississippi middle school ... twice
Wed May 16, 2012
Why would he want to arrest her, she was leaving. There was no reason to try and detain her. File a damn report and let the prosecutor decide to charge her. So the woman caused a scene and swore, BFD! The cop was f-ing WRONG, maybe someone she Taser him, multiple times!!!
Family wins $323 million against Iran, Syria over terrorist attack
Wed May 16, 2012
I don't care who it was or who killed him, the judgement is a little ridiculous. So Afghans are worth about $10,000 per and Americans $323 million. Take away the punitive damages and it is still too much. $5 million max.
Catholic worker group storms building housing Obama campaign headquarters, starting week of protest

Nothing more American than civil disobedience! Need much more of it.
Judge rules out testimony on FEC audit that cleared money for John Edwards' mistress
Mon May 14, 2012
What a bull@!$%# ruling! This evidence appears probative and relevant, particuarly to the Edward's campaign state of mind that they did not think they were doing anything legally wrong. Certainly what the auditor knew coudl come out under direct or cross examination.
Obama: 'I think same-sex couples should be able to get married'
Wed May 9, 2012
Of course there is a political motive, this is politics! I think it's a very smart move, setting himself apart from the evangelical right and making them squeal like pigs! Sorry, couldn't resist.
Alleged Sept. 11 planners disrupt arraignment at Guantanamo hearing

I think they're all paid CIA agents.
Judge calls prosecutor's rejection of gay juror 'shocking'
Wed May 2, 2012
If this was the exercise of one peremptory challenge against a single juror I don't think the judge did the right things. Gays were charged over conduct at a demonstration and the juror was gay and had participated in protests. The PA, probably rightly, did not feel this juror woud be impartial.
80 rape reports in 3 years: Montana city, campus complaints prompt Justice Department probe
Wed May 2, 2012
God I just love it when people jump to conclusions without any evidence whatsoever.
Dueling in Dearborn over murder of a 20-year-old woman
Sun Apr 29, 2012
It always convenient when there is some other group to blame. The ignorance and hate spewed by most of the posters here is simply appalling! But hey, it worked for Hitler . . . for a little while anyway.
Apple's savings show tax code's failings in digital economy
Sat Apr 28, 2012
Big bad Apple. Just because a company changes its conducty based on tax considerations doesn't make them bad. The tax code it what is is and they hire a bunch of lawyers and accountants to interpret the tax code to their advantage and to the advantage of their shareholders.
